### 升级说明

* v0.5.2 之前的版本写下的 scene 评论（只有 `Orbi opened PR: <url>` 文字、没有 `orbi:scene:v1` 块）不再读取。如果某张 Issue 只有这种旧格式的 scene，会按「没有 scene」处理：PR 还开着且带 `ai-fix-needed` 的会被重新认领；否则 Orbi 先尝试用本地记录补写 scene，补不了才阻塞这张 Issue。如果被阻塞了，按常规重新排队：PR 还开着就换成 `ai-fix-needed`，否则换成 `ai-ready`。
